Watford midfielder joins LaLiga outfit Espanyol

first_imgWatford have confirmed the departure of midfielder Jose Manuel Jurado to Espanyol.The Spaniard, 30, signed for the Hornets from Spartak Moscow in July 2015. He went on to make 30 appearances for Watford, but is no longer in the first-team plans of incoming manager Walter Mazzarri.A statement on the Watford website read: “The Hornets can confirm that Jose Manuel Jurado has today completed a permanent transfer to Espanyol….. All at Watford FC wish Jose well for the future.”Watford have brought in several new signings as they prepare for life after Quique Sanchez Flores, who kept the Hertfordshire club up in his first season and also reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup.Belgium international Christian Kabasele, Jerome Sinclair from Liverpool and forward Isaac Success have all come into Vicarage Road, while striker Troy Deeney has ended speculation about his future by signing a new five-year contract. Meg makes it home safe and sound thanks to local vet

first_imgMeg the collie had been missing since Friday evening from the Burt area, however she was reunited with her owner after a local vet took her in.A lady called Maria reached out and noted that a female collie had been found and was being looked after by staff at Letterkenny Animal Hospital. Jenny, Meg’s owner, immediately knew it was Meg and they are now reunited.Jenny told Donegal Daily that Meg had been found wandering along the road by one of the local vets, Gerry Roarty. Gerry kindly took Meg to Letterkenny Animal Hospital where he looked after her with great care and sought out Meg’s owners. Jenny said; “Meg is a lucky, lucky girl.
