In reply to Saurashtra’s 1st innings total 176 Assam struggled from the very beginning and finally bowled out 89 runs in 29.4 overs. Nibir Das (23) was the top scorer. Among the bowlers of Saurasthra Dev Dand picked up 5-31. Earlier Saurashtra bowled out 176 in their first innings.
